Catering orders

• Pickup times and special requests should be coordinated with the restaurant in advance.
• Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your order. You are responsible for reviewing order details before submission.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number when placing a catering order on our website, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Naga's South Indian Cuisine about that order (such as confirmation and pickup or status updates).

Payment terms for catering and events are arranged with the restaurant. Refunds, cancellations, and changes are handled case by case according to our confirmation with you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naga's South Indian Cuisine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from catering orders, including delays caused by carriers, third-party platforms, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
